We want every homeowner who reaches Transferplans Floor Coating to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Write to us about any of these:
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Transferplans Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
Email contact@transferplans.beer and include:
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau near you. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
